Bangladesh Center for International Law

Bangladesh and International Law

International Law Thursday, October 2026 session. A beginner-friendly starting point.

Session recap

A room full of questions

On 8 October 2026, the Bangladesh Center for International Law launched International Law Thursday with its first session, “Bangladesh and International Law”. The room was full of questions, diverse perspectives and engaging conversations about international law, with participants joining both at the BSIL and BCIL Office and online.

More than a lecture, the session offered an open space to question assumptions, exchange perspectives and explore how international law operates in an increasingly complex world.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, shared their thoughts and helped make our first gathering a meaningful one.
